SEE (the “Organization”) owns copyrights and other intellectual property rights over the contents issued by itself or jointly issued together with its cooperative companies, including but not limited to products or all contents of services and materials on its website, which are under protection of law.
Without the written permission of the Organization, any unit or individual is not allowed to use, duplicate, modify, copy, transmit any part of the products, services, information, materials abovementioned in any form or by any reason, or use or sell by binding them with other products.
Any violations of copyright or other intellectual property rights of the Organization will be held accountable in accordance with the law.
The Legal Affairs Department of the Organization follows the instructions of the Organization and hereby gives the legal statement above.
